Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed and delivered within 2 working days. Cut off time for next day delivery is 4pm.
Delivery Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 11 AM - 3 PM.
Order Notifications: You’ll receive an email notification the day before your scheduled delivery.

Unlike fresh food that sits on store shelves, travels long distances, and slowly loses nutrients, frozen meals lock in goodness at peak freshness. This means every YUMSAY meal delivers the flavor and nutrition you need, without compromise.
Frozen fruits and vegetables are often higher in vitamins than their “fresh” counterparts. In fact, you only need 40g of frozen fruit to get the same nutritional benefits as a larger portion of fresh fruit!
What time will my order be delivered?

Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes, as frozen products require immediate storage. If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone to receive the delivery on your behalf. Alternatively, you may pick up at our collection points!
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes, you can reschedule your delivery by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
What if my order arrives thawed or damaged?
Please contact us immediately at hello@yumsayfoods.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
