YUMSAYFOODS Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen ready-to-eat meals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

All YUMSAYFOODS products are:

  • Flash-frozen and temperature-controlled

  • Sealed for food safety

  • Halal certified

  • Prepared in compliance with food safety standards

For health, hygiene, and cold-chain integrity reasons, we cannot restock or resell any food product once it has left our facility.


Damages, Incorrect Items & Quality Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged product

  • A product that arrived thawed or compromised

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will assess the case and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (if applicable)

Requests made beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Frozen meals

  • Perishable food products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.
Once your order has entered fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Within 7–10 business days
